We have decided in the interest of simplification to split the GODSPACT JOURNAL blog into two separate and distinct entities -- One a Political Blog and the other a Religion Blog and are currently making modifications and adjustments to both the blog sites and also to our web site at http://www.godspact.com/.
All previous entries on the GODSPACT JOURNAL have been purged and are no longer archived. We apologize for having to do this and the inconvenience it may cause some of our readers who may have linked to specific posts.
We hope to return to active blogging on April 1, 2010.

We strongly believe that American politics and government as well as the Christian religion and the corporate Church in many cases are going in the wrong direction - forgetting their intended missions and founding traditions. The United States of America is a secular but "Christian" nation based not upon the Christian faith, but the Judeo/Christian principles which is the basis of the entire Western Civilization. This does not mean that it is a theocracy, which is what the godless in our society think when this fact is expounded. Religion should be used to guide government and not rule over it, and by the same token government should be respectful of religion and heed it's advice on common issues, and not control it. We seek out examples of what is wrong, and give our opinions on why and what needs to be done to correct it.
